How to Reserve
1 Prepare for your Campground Reservation
Follow the steps below:
- Check out the Yellowstone Park / West Gate KOA Holiday campground map
- Determine which cabin, tent, and/or RV spot fits best for you
- Be ready to make your reservation by June 2025 or earlier
- Stay tuned for updates on the exact date
- The group reservation name will be “STEICAMP Family Reunion“
- Reservations will be for June 21-26, 2026

1 Make your campground reservation!
Follow the steps below:
- Reservations have already began, so you need to get ready by looking at the campground map to figure out what will work best for you during the week of June 16-21, 2024
- Review the campground map and the RV, tent and cabin information which has details about each campsite.
- Note that all of the cabins are already reserved by your fellow STEICAMPers.
- There may be cancelations so get on the waitlist with the STEICAMP camp masters.
